Emergencies include the following:
- Fire
- Any water leak
- No electricity
- Sewer stoppage
- No heat
- Refrigerator not working
- No air conditioning
- No hot water
- Toilet clogged - only if apartment has one bath
- Stoves
- Clogged sinks
- Anyone trapped or locked out on their balcony
- Structural damage - Building damage posing any type of danger to residents or property
- Fire alarms
NOTE: The managers may use their discretion for other emergency items. Some restrictions may apply. This information is subject to change without notice.
All routine repairs will be completed Monday through Friday. Weekend requests and requests after 12:00 noon on Friday will be considered Monday calls if not an emergency.
Repairs excluded from rountine maintenance include the following:
- Major interior upgrades - painting, wallpaper, carpet, blinds.
- Structural repairs - roof leaks, noise, settling problems.
- Exterior work - gutters, foundation leaks, siding repair, concrete repair, etc.
- Subcontractor work - utility companies, cable company.
- Parts not normally stocked - stove and refrigerator doors, stove tops, etc.
